Retail & Design Consultant
Located in our Alexandria, Sydney Showroom, we’re on the hunt for a creative and seasoned Retail Sales Consultant who brings expertise in kitchens and joinery to enhance our accomplished Retail Sales Team.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Managing Retail, Residential, and Trade client sales from start to finish.
- Creating client quotations and presentations.
- Developing a sales pipeline and actively managing leads.
- Supporting client deliveries as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven sales experience and knowledge in kitchen and joinery – Essential.
- At least 2 years of experience in High-end Customer Service/Sales – Essential.
- Experience in interpreting, understanding, and preparing interior documentation and plans – Essential.
- Proficient understanding of spatial planning – Essential.
- Tertiary qualification in Interior Design – Ideal.

Installer
DUTIES:
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility of assisting with all aspects of installation and assembly of Sacucci kitchens, wardrobes, entertainment systems and on occasion furniture.
- Ensuring all installations is carried out in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring all installations is of the highest standard that befits the Sacucci brand.
- Liaising with clients in a mature and professional manner
- Responsibility for reporting any site or installation problems that arise.
- When required assist the sales team with site measuring.
Tasks Include
- Examine drawings, work orders or sample parts to determine specifications.
- Select and work with materials such as timber, veneers, particle board and synthetic wood.
- Mark out, cut and shape materials as required to meet drawing specifications
- Fit hinges, locks, catches, drawers and shelves.
- Assist in re–fit and floor changes in the Sacucci Sydney Showroom e.g. disassemble and assemble of display kitchens and wardrobes, painting, rubbish removal and cleaning.
General
- Problem solving and resolution management. To be able to anticipate any potential challenges associated with installation.
- Provide feedback to project manager/sales team on any installation issues that arise.
- Working with other members of installation and warehouse team to ensure a smooth delivery and installation process.
- General communication with builders, architects, and retail clients on site.
- Assist with delivery of loose furniture items if required by warehouse management.
- Attention to detail for any changes to be documented
- Manage and provide a high quality of customer service
- Provide feedback and assist with problem solving
- Other ad hoc warehouse duties that may be reasonably requested of you from time to time

Senior Delivery Driver
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, Senior Delivery Driver to enhance our bustling warehouse crew in Sydney. In this role, your core responsibilities will include making timely deliveries across Sydney, delivering standout customer service, and always aiming to surpass customer expectations. Leveraging your extensive experience in delivery, you’ll take the lead in our delivery team, ensuring the seamless delivery and setup of premium furniture. Your role will demand meticulous attention to detail, self-drive, and a careful approach to handling our products and vehicles.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in furniture delivery and assembly.
- A current driver’s license and a valid White Card.
- An outstanding work ethic.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sydney’s geography.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Solid numeracy and literacy abilities.
- A foundation of honesty and integrity in work.
- Exceptional communication capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems swiftly.
